You can read the pages, the thesis and the lecture notes without an account and without signing up. Nothing is collected as you read unless you agree to analytics, described below.
Nothing, unless you contact me. There are no accounts on this site, no sign-up, and no payment. Reading a page, the thesis or a lecture note leaves nothing with me beyond the ordinary server logs my host keeps to run and secure the service.
If you email me or book a lesson, I hold what you send me: your email address and whatever you write, for as long as needed to answer you and keep a record of the arrangement. Booking is handled by Cal.com under its own privacy policy.
A review stores what you typed: the service, the rating, the text, and the name you gave. If you tick anonymous I store no name at all and generate a pseudonym instead. Reviews are published only after I have read them, and you can ask me to remove yours at any time.
To stop the form being flooded I also store a one-way hash of your IP address, salted with a secret. It lets me tell that two submissions came from the same connection within a week; it cannot be turned back into an address, and it is not comparable with anyone else's records. The address itself is never written down.
I use two analytics tools, Google Analytics and PostHog, and only if you agree to them. Until you accept, neither script is requested, no cookie is set and nothing is recorded. Decline and nothing loads at all. Your choice is remembered in your browser, not on my server.
If you do accept, they record which pages you visit, roughly where in the world you are, and how you arrived. Google receives your IP address, truncated before storage, and may process it outside the EEA under the transfer safeguards in its own terms. PostHog is hosted in the EU.
PostHog also records how pages are navigated, so a visit can be replayed as a sequence of clicks and scrolling. Anything typed is masked before it leaves your browser, including everything written in the review form, so the text of what you type is never recorded. This is used to understand how the site reads, never to identify anyone, and none of it is shared for advertising.
Analytics runs on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the button above. Server logs and the hashed IP behind the review form are kept on the legitimate interest of running the site securely and keeping it usable. If you email me, book a lesson or leave a review, I handle what you send in order to reply, arrange the lesson, or publish the review you asked me to publish.
Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, and receive it in a portable form. Email me and I will act within a month. You can also complain to your national data protection authority: in Sweden that is IMY, and in Lithuania the State Data Protection Inspectorate.
